We began this company in 2003 and have been working on building it since. We are local, FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED, and are a home based business. We do not pay rent on some retail office space, this way we can pass that expense savings on to you. Another way our company saves in order to save you money is that we have not taken on any loans or investors. These simple concepts also allow us to treat you with our down home, old fashioned care and consideration, not like a number or just another sale to increase the bottom line. We believe in treating you with respect.
At LAS VEGAS PROFESSIONAL HOME DETAIL, we believe that the customer truly comes first. Our goal is to satisfy your house cleaning expectations with exceptional service and old fashioned, one on one courtesy. Your home is YOUR home and both it and you will be treated with the utmost respect.
As far as our pricing is concerned, you may notice if you've shopped around, that we are NOT the cheapest, (At a glance, I will explain this shortly), but we are not the most expensive either. We will give you TOP OF THE LINE, HIGH CLASS SERVICE at the appearance of middle of the road pricing, but when you dig on down to the fine print of our competitors, you will see that WOW!, LVPHD IS A GREAT DEAL! Below I will explain briefly, as our "COST COMPARISON" page gives greater detail.
For example, We, at LVPHD, charge $45 per hour for our services. There are other places that say they charge $25 per hour, (Some companies will not even give you a price up front and will say "We need to look at it first so we can give you an estimate as there is no standard pricing. Each home is different). Does that mean LVPHD is almost twice as expensive as some well known company? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Read their fine print and you will see that, yes, they DO charge only $25 per hour but that is actually $25 per hour, per cleaner, minimum of 2 cleaners making your grand total $50 per hour. Using our service, you just save $5 an hour. That may not sound like much but on a house cleaning lasting 8 hours, that is $40 of savings right off the top.
At LVPHD we charge $45 per hour, PERIOD!
We DO charge more for "EXTRAS". Extras are defined as anything else "above and beyond" that is not categorized as "STANDARD" service. Now don't be alarmed, our STANDARD service is wide ranged and encompasses much more than our competitors standard service. You will see this as you review this webpage in our "what we do" section and also in the cost comparison section.
How else do we beat our competitors you ask?
Many places have a MINIMUM fee of between $75-$95. We have NO MINIMUM! Let me explain how that just saved you money.
Let's say that you used our competitors service, such as the one mentioned above, and they have a $75 minimum fee. They say they charge $25 per hour, but with a minimum of two cleaners they actually charged you $50 per hour. Now let's say they only spent one hour cleaning your home, you get charged their minimum, $75! Isn't it amazing how that cheap $25 per hour just seems to keep adding up? So you went with the cheap $25 per hour, (as advertised), competitor and your bill is now $75!
If you decided to utilize LVPHD's service, your bill would be $45! That equates to a
$30 SAVINGS!
Another way we save you is that pesky CANCELLATION FEE.
Many of our competitors have a little thing called a cancellation fee. This fee can range between $75-$150. If you chose the competitor at $25 per hour and something comes up and you must reschedule, you just paid them between $75-$150 for nothing!
LVPHD HAS NO CANCELLATION FEE!
So please, do not be fooled by some big corporate trixter who hides their true cost and fees. At LVPHD we will not attempt to deceive you in any way. We are UP FRONT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. We are friendly and courteous and we have 45 combined years of experience in housekeeping and detailing.
